About Greene County Court Docket

Greene County court dockets span two trial courts, one unified Clerk’s Office, and Indiana’s statewide MyCase system. Finding the correct record means knowing which source holds the case summary, filed paper, hearing date, or certified copy. We organize those official routes so visitors can move from a public search to Greene Circuit Court, Greene Superior Court, or the Greene County Clerk of Courts without confusing one office’s role with another.

Why We Built This Site

Indiana makes many court records public, yet access is divided by record and custodian. MyCase displays nonconfidential Odyssey case data. Greene Circuit and Superior set hearings and enter rulings, while the Greene County Clerk maintains filings, the Chronological Case Summary, and copy services for both courts. Reporters hold transcripts, and federal matters use separate federal systems. We bring the verified portal links, case-number clues, office contacts, fees, and request routes into one Greene County reference.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Greene County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Indiana court, the Greene County Clerk of Courts, or a government agency. Those boundaries limit what we can do:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. They operate their own products and set their own charges. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. Their pricing, coverage, and results remain outside our control. Official Greene County docket facts should still be checked with MyCase, the maintaining court, or the Greene County Clerk.
